pound flank steak salt to taste freshly ground black pepper 2 teaspoons
chopped fresh rosemary leaves 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves 1 cup
halved cherry tomatoes 2 tablespoons pitted, halved black olives 2 tablespoons
pitted, halved green olives 3 tablespoons chopped red onion 1 tablespoon
balsamic vinegar Cooking Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, onion and balsamic vinegar. Season
to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 2.
Preheat the grill to medium-high. 3. Season
the steak with salt and pepper. Rub both sides of the meat with rosemary and thyme.
4. Grill the steak for 6 to 8 minutes per side
depending on the desired doneness. Let the steak rest on a carving board for 2
to 3 minutes before slicing. 5. Slice the steak
