½ pints chicken stock salt and pepper 2 tablespoons sherry croutons
or parsley to garnish squeeze lemon juice 1
Heat the chicken stock. 2 Add sherry and lemon juice 3 Add seasoning as

make croutons 1 Cut
some day old bread into small dice and fry in hot fat. Drain well before using. 2
Make some toast and cut into dice.
