Ingredients you will need for 4 servings.

lemon jelly 1 teaspoon cornflour 1 can mandarin oranges 1/2 pint milk
I tablespoon sugar 1 egg

Dissolve the jelly in a little hot water. 2. Drain the fruit, adding the juice
to the jelly. 3. Make the jelly and fruit juice up to 3/4 pint with cold water.
Leave in a cool place. 4. Beat the egg slightly, blend with the corn- flour
. 5. Heat the milk until almost boiling, stir on to the beaten egg. 6. Pour
back into the pan, cook over a gentle heat until thick, stirring throughout. 7.
Remove from the heat, stir in 1 tablespoon sugar. Leave until cool. 8. Chop
half the fruit. Stir chopped fruit and jelly into the milk mixture. 9. Pour
into a 1 1/2 pint mould. Leave to set. 10.Turn out and decorate with remaining
fruit.
