Ingredients you will need for 4 servings:

Ib. carrots bouquet garni 1 onion or leek 1/2! pint milk 1/2 small turnip
1I tablespoon finely chopped parsley 1I oz. butter 1 pint stock or
water salt and pepper

Prepare the vegetables and grate them finely. 2 Heat the butter in a pan,
add the vegetables and saute all well together.
